How ordering online works

Order

Add the items you require to your basket.

Pay

Pay online using any major credit or debit card.

Wait

We aim to have your item sent out/ready for collection within three working days.

However, this depends on if we have items in stock, if they need embroidering and how busy we are.

We will be in touch via your registered PayPal email address as soon as your item is ready to collect or sent.

Collect / Deliver

If you're collecting, come in-store with your online receipt to collect your order (During the summer holidays there's a separate queue for collections).

If you select the option for home delivery, providing your items are in stock, our courier will often deliver same/next day.

Returns

Future returns will be accepted in-store within 30 days upon proof of purchase.

The item must be in re-sellable condition and items that are embroidered, especially with names and logos, will be excluded unless faulty.
